Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging, if applicable
• Be requested within 30 days of delivery 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Returns

Customers may return eligible items for a refund within the return window.

A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@mkkedit.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for completing your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for eligible items.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact us at help@mkkedit.com with your order number and exchange request.

There is no exchange fee for approved exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
